Since we have had a few people ask about costs, figured I would make it somewhat organized.  Or maybe “organized” is another way to say “excuse to play with a spreadsheet cause I’m a geek like that”.  Remember – this is the basic shell goal first.  Enough to get us in the dry, finishing will happen while we stay there.
